[rt-users] mail going to the right queue

In my /etc/aliases, I have (for example):
itprojects: "|/usr/local/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue ITProjects --action correspond"
which re-directs all mail sent to itprojects at rthost.com to the ITProjects queue.
