We have a group with 2 members, and these two members have the following

rights to a queue (group rights)

           CommentOnTicket
           CreateTicket
           ModifyTicket
           OwnTicket
           ReplyToTicket
           SeeQueue
           ShowTemplate
           ShowTicket
           ShowTicketComments
           Watch

The queue has the following scrip

       OnCorrespond NotifyRequestor with template Correspondence

And the watchers (Cc) are the two members of the group.

Here is the problem:
  Both members can 'reply' to tickets, but only one members of the
  group's  response gets sent to the ticket's requestor. (Replies
  by both members are recorded.)


What is missing here?
