[rt-users] notification when my ticket is stolen

Hi everyone,

Some of my users request that they be notified when their tickets are stolen
from them.  I have never realised that the ex-owner would not be notified.
There does not seem to be provision for this in the scrips.  Apparently they
were notified in RT1.

Has anyone got this implemented, or is it actually not supported at present?
This could be a nice extra in future versions ...
