Can anyone explain to me please, the difference between the 'comment' link
and the 'reply' link that both appear when displaying a ticket?
Also, how does clicking the 'resolve' link differ from changing the status
of the ticket to 'resolved', other than adding a comment?
Futhermore, with srip conditions, what are the differences between
'OnTransaction', 'OnCorrespond' and 'OnStatus'?
