[rt-users] RT does autorespond but doesn't mail (admin)cc

Hi RequestTrackers,

the mailgateway doesn't work properly.

I upgraded from RT1 to RT2 recently, compiled and installed
everything according to the instructions and the web-ui
works ... but when I send a Mail to a tracker address, I get
an AutoReply but no-one else is informed ...

Is there a way to check, whether it's rt-mailgate's fault or
sendmail's or ... maybe a simple misconfiguration? I'm a
little stuck here ...

Any help is highly appreciated ... and thanx in advance!
