[rt-users] RT Web Login Problems

Hello,

We can't login to RT Web interface.

We've tried even 'root' as username and 'password' as password.

We read nothing in neither 'error_log' nor '/tmp/rt.log...etc' which helps us.

Do you think it's a filesystem permission problem? Because Apache user is
'apache' and RT user is 'www-data'.

Additional information:

OS: Linux RedHat 7.2
Root directory: /opt/rt2
Web root: /opt/rt2/WebRT/html
RT Version: 2-0-11
