Add the "Updated" info to the tickets display "25 highest priority tickets I own..."? It would be uber nice to see if there's been any activity on the tickets from this screen since they *are* my 25 highest priority. Ideally I'd like to see if perhaps someone has responded to an inquiry from me. James.
