[rt-users] RT 2.0.13 problem in sending reply & comments to people insert in the CC address of the WEB form.

Hi,
I have a problem in sending reply & comments to people when their addresses
are in the CC field of the reply/comment WEB form (new feature).
I'm sure that no message is generated from RT system to them.
Is it a my configuration problem or RT system problem or...?
