Hello!

and again there is a mystic feature :-) Is there any place
where I can find the explanation, what the ticket relationship
operate.

For example:
If there a two tickets with a "refer"- relationship and there
is correspondence added to the "target" ticket, will the
mail also go to the requester and cc of the "Source" ticket (the
ticket under "Referred to by")
