[rt-users] HTMl emails

Normally our tickets come from reply forms on websites so they are well
formed plain text. However, I have originated from my hotmail account
for testing, and found that the body of the email content is a
attachment, presumably because it is html. Is there a way to deal with
this more elegantly?
