[rt-users] Error when sending mail from Web

Try dropping down to DBIx-SearchBuilder 0.6x. Has anyone else seen this
issue pop up? It's related to the new error handling in
DBIx-SearchBuilder 0.7x, but I'm not quite sure what's going on just
yet.
