[rt-users] subject changed to hash ?

Check the subject line of the template with which this was sent, it
should be something like:

Subject: {$Transaction->Subject || $Ticket->Subject || "(No subject
given)"}

Note the { } ! As I recall I had one too many there and the problem was
the same.
