[rt-users] difference btw resolved-dead

Florian,
resolved tickets are tickets on which work has been ended succesfuly.
If for example (stupid) your client gets run over by a bus, you would
put that ticket to dead, since lets say his company shuts down after
that, and you will never actually resolve the issue(s) with your client.
All tickets, no matter what the status is are always kept in the
database, deleting dead tickets is possible (look in the add-ons
directory), but that breaks the principle of relation databases.
