[rt-users] difference btw resolved-dead

Hi,

Status:
    -SuSE Linux 7.2
    -rt-2-0-8
    -mysql

Question:
What is the main difference between the status "dead" and "resolved". With both stats the tickets are still saved in the database. Are dad-tickets deleted after a preefined time period?
