[rt-users] Trouble with Keywords

I've set up testing keywords as follows:

Advantage/
Advantage/Appt

I added to my queue as:
Product   multiple  children of Advantage/ up to 1 levels deep.

When I create tickets, the Product keyword appears, but I have only a
blank input box - no drop down selections, and I can't enter anything
into the box.  I would expect to be able to select the keyword.

Any ideas?
