[rt-users] Trouble with Keywords

  |+ Product   multiple  children of Advantage/ up to 1 levels deep.

When you create the Keyword Advantage, you must then click on 'Advantage'
(not the Edit tab).  This will take you to another screen.  Here is where
you add the keywords to go along with 'Advantage', i.e. 'Appt'.

if you just create 'Advantage/' then 'Advantage/Appt', you are creating
two categories of keywords, none of which has any entries.
