[rt-users] Reverse sort on ticket history display?

[Beachey, Kendric]

Some of my users are asking if they can have a ticket screen that looks just
like the regular one but lists history newest to oldest instead of oldest to
newest.

Is there an easy way to do this?

If not, is there a hard way?  :-)

Either way, would such a change be global, or could it be done per queue?
