[rt-users] RT Email Gateway

[Sherry M. Rogers]

I haven't been able to find documentation on RT's email gateway - only
the web interface and commandline.

We would like to be able to issue remote commands to RT via old fashioned
email, so I'm very interested in this gateway.

Could someone point me in the right direction?
