[rt-users] How can I install rt2?

Evevy time I install a new server(rd72). Some pkgs needed by rt were
automaticly installed in the server. Oh so good!!
But other pkgs  couldn't be install in the server from CPAN.The 
propmts always are :

Looks good
.........
Running make test
  Make had some problems, maybe interrupted? Won't test
Running make install
  Make had some problems, maybe interrupted? Won't install 
))

WHY !!!???
