[rt-users] Urgent: "permission denied" / "Correspondence (probably) not recorded"

I did a manual ticket content alteration to remove some confidential/sensitive data in a ticket yesterday - I believe that was the initial trigger to the corruption.  Why it happened I am not sure since I merely updated a field, but that was the only 'unnatural' thing I've done in RT.

Hey, I'm getting the same thing here!  I have the same messages showing up in the logs too. 

If anyone figures out a fix, please post it to the list.  In the meantime, I will work on it here.
