[rt-users] Howto: Condtion to Send Email onTake

I have written a OnTicketPickup ScripCondition.
Which matches when:
The ticket status is new and the owner is nobody.
I think it should be in the list archives, look for it there if you don't find 
it I will repackage it for you and send it to you.
But you should be able to use it with a Notify scrip action.
