[rt-users] It's not friday...(count discrepencies and deleting tickets)

Sorry all, I'm really not doing very well today, it seems.

As to the ticket count on the main page being wrong... I replied to the wrong 
email. BUt you all were right

As to the deleting emails... that worked, thanks to all who replied on and off 
list.

And excuse my extreme patheticness today. Why can't it be friday?
