[rt-users] Changing "From"

Hey all,

When someone replies to a ticket in RT, the "From" says "Name via RT" - can we 
change this to be "Name via domain.com"?

I thought this would be under Templates, but it only includes a subject and 
not the From line. I checked the manual, but was unable to find it. Any 
pointers would be much appreciated.
