[rt-users] Apache doesn't start after installing RT

Hmm... Sorry about that, I mispelt site:fsck.com on google as
something else, and didn't notice... :-) Please disregard.

Found a lot of hits when I tried again. One suggested downgrading
Mason to 1.02 helps.
