[rt-users] Problem pulling reports

Using RT 2.0.12 whenever we login and pull any of the standard Reports such 
as...

 Tickets opened in 'IT' within the past 7 days
 Tickets resolved in 'IT' within the past 7 days
 Tickets opened in 'IT' within the past 30 days
 Tickets resolved in 'IT' within the past 30 days

We get the following error.
