[rt-users] Seeing double

I'm having problems with rt 2.0.13 sending duplicate mails with double headers.

Example:

My mail system is qmail, and I am using sendmail pipe with "-oi -t" as my
arguments.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?  Would
any other information be helpful in resolving the problem?
