[rt-users] RT Error with Mail interface

Hi,
I have a problem  with my new RT installation on Debian and kernel 2.4.17
Sending a request to my alias
helpdesk: "|/usr/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond"
helpdesk-comment: "|/usr/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action comment"

I get NO queue input but a reply with contents:

[MPE Helpdesk #] (_rt_system) RT Error: test auf helpdesk
