Well, the only thing *wrong* is that you don't like how RT handles
attachments. :-) What you describe is the way it's supposed to work.
It's a problem in the situation you describe, but it's really nice
when someone sends in a 50MB logfile and it isn't sent to all the
queue's watchers. :-)

There's a contrib that passes attachments through; it was discussed on
rt-users relatively recently, so poke at the archives.
