[rt-users] created new user, cannot create ticket or see queue

Hi,

  I have a fresh installation of RT 2.0.11.  Everything works fine under
user root.  Created a new user called Eric.  When logged in, Eric cannot see
any queue.(Default "general" and newly created ones.)  And when I try to
create a ticket I get this error, "RT Error Queue could not be loaded."

  Checked rt logs:

WebRT: Queue not found ()

and

WebRT: No ticket specified ()

Any ideas?
