[rt-users] Re: text not included with correspondence

If the specific transaction's text is farely long, it does not get included
though - merely the name of the user who added the correspondence to which I
am replying/commenting.

If you click on Reply located in the upper right corner, it quotes the
full
text, if you click reply on some item in the History, it includes only
that
transaction.
