[rt-users] ? Can I install RT2 on my ISP w/o being root?

(I realize I wasn't too smart sending this mail directly to jesse, so 
here it is to the list instead)

Is there anyway I can install RT on my internet service provider? I 
have an account called "goteborg" (in group "users") and I'm able to 
set up new MySql db's using the namespace "goteborg_X" (where X is 
any character or number). I also have access to sendmail and the perl 
tests ran just fine.

Am I still lost or is there a way for me too..?
