[rt-users] ? Can I install RT2 on my ISP w/o being root?

Ask your ISP to create /opt and then give you all the permissions to it.
Secondly, you will need to install so many perl modules into the base
system - yikes!!
Then you will have to be able to modify httpd.conf.. oops..
Of course you have access to MySQL so that will be smooth.
