This solution does not work for my particular RT installation. I am 
running RH7.3, mysql 3.23.51, apache 1.3.2.11, and RT 2.0.15.
What worked for me was:

TicketAttribute => 'DueObj->AgeAsString'
-------------</snip>-------------------

Is there somewhere I can send this that is more appropriate?
