[rt-users] Perl + RT

Hi Folks,

I am trying to install the Request Tracker in a GNU/Linux Conectiva 7, 
with Perl 5.6.0. They had recommended to me to bring up to date to 
version 5.8.0, I had access the site of the CPAN using command Perl - 
MCAPM -e shell the system immediately asked for to bring up to date the 
version, but of the error saying that it does not obtain to have access 
the site of the CPAN. What I make, How I use the commands of the MCPAN? 
Somebody could help?
