[rt-users] RT & Sendmail error

I am running RT 2.0.15 with RedHat 7.3, with Mysql & Sendmail, but am getting the following error when I try and send a email to the queue, every thing else works OK (so far)

"|/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue bugs --action correspond"
    (reason: 2)
    (expanded from: bugs at support.imsltd.com)

Can't do setuid
554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 2

Any clues
