[rt-users] Checking on rt-mailgate

The docs say:

  Before doing anything else, make sure that rt-mailgate runs from the 
  commandline. 

Does that mean that it should just execute, or do something more 
substantial like output usage?  I can run it as 
/usr/local/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate and then it will just sit there.  I assume 
that it's waiting for input.  Is this the expected result at this point in 
the install process?
