[rt-users] RT 3.0 install problem with Apache::Request on RedHat 7.3

my httpd.conf is quite... the original that came from rh7.3, just with 
loadmodule for php4. that's not it. 

this will be a shot in the dark (because I remember doing something like 
that), but try:

perl -MCPAN -e 'install mod_perl'

hmm...
