[rt-users] Custom conditions/actions for scrips.

Hey everyone,

Just curious if there's any documentation on the custom conditions and
actions for scripts in RT3.  They look like they could be promising if they
do what I think (i.e. I could auto-search a ticket for text, and assign a
custom field accordingly.)

Am I way off, or is this the kind of thing you can do?  Any hints on moving
in that direction?
