[rt-users] Autorespond to Opening Tickets Via Email

Howdy,
 
RT would initially respond to emails sent in, I have since changed just
the text in the default reply template and now RT does not autoreply...
 
All the scrips are still there and appear to be correct. 
 
Any suggestions anyone?
