[rt-users] Problems creating tickets in command line

Hi!
I'm using RT2. When I try to create a new ticket, using the following 
command:
  ./rt --create --subject='teste comando' --requestors=3 --queue=19

where 3 is the root userid and 19 my queueid.
I get the following result:

No $EDITOR variable defined
No permission to create tickets in the queue ''.

Have you got an idea of what's happening and how can I solve this problem?
