I've had to keep the rt server downtime to a minimum (it was taking more
than
3 days to process with around 27K tickets), so:

- Installed rt2 and rt3 completely before starting the migration (not
optional step).
- Deleted all 'dead' tickets on the rt1 using mysql command line before
starting the migration.
- Had to carefully edit the rt1->rt2 *and* rt2->rt3 migration script
- Wrote another script to do the whole migration in one step.
- Made lots of tests.
- The database migration was complete in 2h50m running FreeBSD 4.9-table
on a Dell 1650 server (one P3 Intel Xeon CPU/ 2GB RAM / SCSI 3 UW RAID 5)
