Just another hint: Try searching for LDAP support as well, as You are 
probably going to use AD via the LDAP interface. There are numerous 
ways to integrate LDAP for authentication, either using apache or by 
overlaying parts of RT's authentication scheme (this has been discussed 
in march, and brought up earlir this week again. Please see the 
archives for details). There are also scripts for 
autoimporting/autocreating user from an LDAP source.
