Hello!
Doesn't work an AutoReply answer to Requestor.
There is a that global scrip is in queue configuration:
In Configuration->Queue->Scrips (Global) we have:
...
OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template Autoreply
But the RT system tries to send letter back to itself instead of
requestor's address.
Then it detects a loop and sends an error letter to rt-admin...
Where can I setup it to send AutoReply to Requestor, not to a queue
(rt-test-1 at xxx in this example)?
