[rt-users] RT and Change Management

Is anyone using a Change Management system that is on par with RT.

I am looking for a web based change management system to allow tracking
of changes made to our servers and desktops.  It should have the ability
to route changes for approval.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.  We are trying to figure out
what to use for this.
