Hello, I'm looking for an add on for RT 2.0.13 to connect the ticket system to our tk system. Every incoming call which is accepted by one of the members of our support crew a new ticket should be created by rt. Are there any known solutions? Many thanks in advance and regards, Lutz-Oliver Beck
