[rt-users] A few problems.

1. What rights are required so support stafff can their own passwords?

2. When multiple queues are created, is it possible (it would be nice
   to specify a default queue to show up under "Net Ticket in"?  Or
   perhaps <novalue> so users will have to select a queue.  I have users
   blindly create a ticket without realizing that they are creating it in
   another queue.

3. I have given a user only the rights "SeeQueue, ShowTicket,
   ShowTicketComments".  The idea is to give the boss the right to only
   see the queue and comments.  However, I added a comment to an open
   ticket with this user, the comment was added followed by "permission
   denied" and a stack dump.  yes, I can see the comment which I thought
   should not be there with the above rights.
