[rt-users] Status Change action not working

Hi,

I've activated the action 'On Status Change Notify Owner with template Status Change' in one queue but no mail is sent! In my log I see the message 'No recipients found. Not sending.' and in the debug-log appears the same message. But there is a recipient-entry with a valid email-address!

Any hints?

My version is rt-3.0.4 running on a SuSE8.1
