[rt-users] Answering a ticket

hi there,
i am wondering: if somebody takes a ticket to answere it,
the status in the drop-down is set (default) to "open" and
the owner is (default) "Nobody"....can i change this ?
for me it´s more logical that the user is listed who is
logged in.. if user "joe" is logged in and answeres to a ticket,
he should be the owner... can i change these settings somewhere ?
