[rt-users] Using RT for project management?

Heya all.

 Anyone using RT for project management? How do you go about doing it?

 I would assume something like creating a parent ticket which is the 
"project" then having child tickets for each task in the project, the owner 
of each task is who
that task is assigned to?

 Any other suggestions for how to handle projects with RT.
