[rt-users] Ticket -> Answere -> quote it or not....

hi there,

i have noticed, that while answering a ticket, RT sometimes
puts the text of the writer into the answer-textbox, and sometimes not.
i cannot find the reason or the things that are responsible for this
behavior, so i ask you if anybody knows, what to do, to make RT
quoting the text "every time" i answere a ticket...
